GNUstep headers for Xcode

Here it is. Tested on Xcode 4.6 and Xcode 5. Drop them to where Xcode carried
their OS X SDK and toolchain and you are good to go.

Compiling does not work now, as the target OS is Linux which Xcode does not
support, and it does not show .so files in add linked library dialog. However
code highlighting and sensing work all fine.

Headers included:

* glibc
* libc++
* libobjc2 (with LLVM optimisation, no standalone libobjcxx though)
* libdispatch
* gnustep-base
* gnustep-gui (No Back)
* gnustep-opal (Headers only)

gnustep-corebase (dependency of opal) is not included though, so it may be less
