libobjc2 1.7-RC2

Hi Everyone,

I've just branched a second RC for libobjc2 1.7.  This fixes a few bugs:

- An error adding ivars that had an alignment of 1.
- The build system attempting to use libsupc++.so when it didn't export the 
correct symbols
- Failures with certain LLVM CMake configurations

I think this one should be good to release, so let me know if you find any 
bugs...
