Window's problems on Xfce

Currently I have Xfce on my laptop, and this problem:

is still present. For some reason GNUstep remove the content of the
windows, but the windows remains at the screen, even you can move the
windows. And you need restart the app to get it working again. Attached
an screenshot that show how looks Gorm, after minimize Evolution that is
in the back (without focus).
