current repository status

Team,

An upgrade was requested so that merges would become easier on gna.
They upgraded the repo, but it has resulted in getting the following
error:

glados:gorm heron$ svn commit -m "Eliminate ancient news from README file."

Transmitting file data .svn: E000013: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: E000013: Can't open file
'/var/svn/svn/gnustep/db/txn-current-lock': Permission denied
glados:gorm heron$

The admins at GNA have been contacted and we are working to resolve
the situation ASAP.  Thanks for your patience and sorry for the
inconvenience.
