CFT: Upcoming libobjc2 release

Hello GNUstep people,

There are lots of recent changes in libobjc2, including AArch64 support and 
significant reworking of both the message send and block-as-imp code paths 
(i.e. all of the assembly code).

I’d like to do a new release soon, but it needs a lot wider testing.  Please 
try installing the new version and report any issues that you find on GitHub.
