system log and windows

Hi,

I need to dump a massive amount of logs to a file on windows. Standard 
behaviour is to log as system events. How cna I set up things to dump to 
stdout/stderr so I can do a redirect?

I set GSLogSyslog=NO but it didn't work, what I am missing? Can I set is 
as env parameter? default? command line?
