Details:

In the Preferences dialog, in the Accounts panel, the list of acocunts is
unsorted. This feels uncomfortable if working with many accounts and they are
in some kind of relation to each other.

It should either be alphabetically sorted by Account name or user-sortable (by
drag & drop). Most mail clients sort them alphabetically.
