Noticed a web page peculiarity

Hello,

I've noticed something unusual on the GNUStep Task List page:

http://www.gnustep.org/developers/tasks.html

It has the January 2001 milestone as being version 1.0.0

The version for May 2001 says it will be version 0.7.0, so as time passes
the version number jumps down between January and May, which I think is
probably a minor oversight.
