Slight adjustment

I noticed that a link on one of the webpages was broken.  On the User
Applications page (http://gnustep.org/experience/apps.html), the link
to "CodeEditor.app" is broken.  The correct link (I believe) is:
http://www.nongnu.org/codeeditor/.  Also, the note next to Code Editor
claims it is "an programming editor", and english grammar would
require us to say "a programming editor".  Just thought I'd let you
know.
