Sorry, no, we do not have a lawyer.  You could contact the FSF (http://www.fsf.org), but it is not likely they can help you either. You will probably have to hire a lawyer who is knowledgable about copyright law yourself.

My informal (not legal advice) opinion would be that if you are not distributing GNUstep then you don't have any requirements under the license.  The GPL and LGPL are both distribution licenses - if you are just allowing people to use it remotely without distributing the code or the resulting software then there are no requirements to do anything.
