Hi,

I've attached a patch to fix the following problem

  make[3]: Entering directory `<build>/tests/ecdsa'
  <source>/tests/ecdsa/ecdsa: line 85: bad-key.pem: No such file or directory
  certtool didn't detect a bad ECDSA key.
  FAIL: ecdsa

with gnutls 3.0.11 (or the current git HEAD) and <build> != <source>.
