patch to documentation on how to add a custom supplemental data message

Hi all,

finally - after 3 years (... :( ) - I wrote this section about how to 
add a custom supplemental data handshake message to GnuTLS. I checked 
the webpage but did not see how add the patch directly, which is why I 
attached it to this mail. Please let me know if this is not the correct 
way to do this
