[PATCH] Heratbeat support implemented during GSoC

Hello.

Attached are the patches resulted from my GSoC project this summer. And few 
small
corrections discovered afterwards :)

Those patches add rfc 6520 (heartbeat) extension support. They were tested 
against
openssl for compatibility. However no "real world" testing was done e. g. no
dedicated programs, just slight modification of existing echo client\server. So
testing, corrections, suggestions are more than welcomed.

Please review and merge if possible.
