Hi - Another tarball is available at the usual place

www.phys.ethz.ch/~lucini/GOMP

I've put an updated TODO, since I realised that the one in the tarball is 
outdated. I've made further cleanup, added more checks to configure.ac (new 
name for configure.in, as suggested by Paolo), removed useless files from the 
source distribution, moved appendix_A to test (where it makes more sense for 
the moment), moved Jacob doc to doc/ (by the way, we should revise it a bit) 
and other small things. 

Suggestions (or as Scott likes to say "considered comments") are very welcome. 
And of course if you are going to pick up any work from the TODO please let me 
know.
