[Gpaint-develop] gpaint 0.3.0 pre2

gpaint-0.3.0-pre2 is available for testing. 

This pre-release fixes the print and print previews dialogs, fixes some ui
elements, such as the line width selection.

Note: To build without the gnome-print libraries, set the NO_GNOME_PRINT
environment variable before running ./configure.
