gpaint-0.3.0-pre3 is available for testing. 

This is a pre-release of gpaint 0.3 for testing and development.

Changes:
  * configure now automatically detects when the gnome print libraries are
    not available and configures a the makefile to build gpaint without
    printing support.
  * Better object clean up when closing windows.
  * Prompt the user to save when closing a window with unsaved changes
    or opening a new file in a window when the current file has unsaved
    changes. Adapted from patch 944.
  * Display a "*" in the window title bar when the drawing has been 
    modified since the last save.
  * New "Windows" menu item to create and close new gpaint windows
    (File->New creates a new drawing in the current window, instead of
    a new window)
  * File->Close closes the current window.
  * File->Quit closes all windows (in the current process).
