[Gpaint-develop] gpaint 0.3.0 pre4

gpaint-0.3.0-pre4 is available for testing. 

This is a pre-release of gpaint 0.3 for testing. This release
completes the forward porting of all the gpaint 0.2.3 patches to
the 0.3 code base.  Thanks to Geodson for the patches and
investigations.

  If you have already done a checkout:

  cd gpaint 
  cvs update
  

Changes:
  * Fixed bug #2030 - GLib issues warning when creating a new window
  * Fixed bug #7288 - gpaint fails to warn about unsupported file
                      formats when saving.
                      
  The user is now warned if the file save fails, displays the
  gdk-pixbuf error message. When user tries to close the
  window with a modified image, she is prompted to save her
  changes. If the save fails the window is not closed.
