Subject: [gpsd-dev] [PATCH] Navcom needs binary support

Enable binary support when navcom driver is enabled, otherwise the build
errors out with:

./libgpsd.so: undefined reference to `navcom_binary'

If no other drivers needing binary support are enabled.
