[gpsd-dev] www/cansetup - ship in tarball / documentation?

Hi,

I've seen www/cansetup in the repository. There are two things which could be
improved here in my opinion:

- stuff in www is not shipped in the tarball. I think it should be shipped with
the next release as example/documentation for setting up a can bus device.

- it completely lacks a proper documentation :) Maybe I've missed it, but some
documentation which explains how to connect such a device and so on :)
