Reinhard Arldt has turned up an embarassing bug in AIS sixbit atring
decoding - one that my AIS test suite somehow never tickled. While
this bug never garbles the most critical navigational data, it could
have resulted in incorrect string decodes of ship and station names -
specifically, with underscore characters rendered as minus signs
instead.

The rest of the code has been pretty stable. Reinhard has been working
on adding AIS dumping to pseudo-NMEA mode. I've done some work on
enabling client-side decoding of basic RTCM3 messages. A gps2udp
utility has been added.

I'd like to ship a bugfix release next week.

Gary Miller: There are two bugs on the tracker relating to Garmin
devices. Please find time to take a look at these, and live-test
the problem children.

Don't ever think you know what's right for the other person.
He might start thinking he knows what's right for you.
