Wget hangs at the 'Logging in as anonymous' line for 15 minutes before
giving up.

Is this service no longer available outside the USA? I'm from
Switzerland (IP 5.153.242.xxx/21).

I tried a few minutes ago from Singapore, HK, India, and Amsterdam, with wget.  Worked for me.

Might be a transient error?
