Yo All!

I can't get my uBlox GR-301W to work with git head.  It is the only GPS
I have to test with right now.  Since git head would not build, clearly
the last commit was never tested.  I fixed the ccompile error, but it is
still badly broken at runtime.  Not sure what broke it and I'm on the
road and can't really look into it.

It never seems to grab any chars.  All the -D6 logs show is:

gpsd:DATA: packet type 1 from /dev/ttyUSB0 with {ONLINE|PACKET|DRIVER}

My guess is the recent parser changes blew something up.
