I plan to use BK for as long as I possibly can.  It is
head-and-shoulders above *everything* else I have looked at, and I am
opposed to using an inferior tool when a superior tool existss.  NTP
developers are granted free use of BK, and if they are not happy with
the BK license I expect them to be honest and say so.  If they are
dishonest about it and I found out, I'll kick them off the project.
Integrity is important.

Having said that, again, if we can find a non-git additional SCM or git
*and* another SCM and these can be made to exchange commits between
themselves, let's figure out how to make that go.  I cannot add
maintenance of these other SCMs to my plate.

If the various other project managers can agree that it would be a good
thing for several or all NTF projects to "master" on an NTF-maintained
repo setup that would probably make things the easiest.
