ok, but then 'scons testregress' should error out with "gpsd was built
without chrpath, and running tests from the uninstalled sources requires
adusting rpaths" or something like that.

Also, the full tests passed on NetBSD 6_STABLE i386, from
b79801f747819d9e960d12512573fa9abe942308 (yesterday), after I worked
around some ncurses oddities.
