Yeah, weird.  UNable to duplicate here.

Which is why I have been working on chrony, so I can get that part
of the HOWTO cleaned up.  As always, getting the time server to prefer
PPS over NMEA time has been a chore.  Also have the priveledge dropping
problems again.  I prefer to get the code to work, then work on the doc.

I never use gpsmon, but now that you mention it, that is ugly.

Well, from my perspective it is now a lot harder to work on.  I gotta
flip back an forth between yet more files.  Splitting it up into 3 files
is not making it less tangled...
