I did, I did.  (Actually, I watched, gave advice, supervised, encouraged, and provided management functions as my colleague did)

Sorry for harping on this, but how am I getting this output if ntpd does not see the PPS?  And if not gpsd, who is providing the PPS to ntpd?  And if not the Sure device, who is providing the PPS to gpsd?

ESR, Gary, Andy, Greg, et al:  would logging in to the actual server help you triage this?  I can provide root access.
