Specifically, I just got release-3.11-482-g8c32e09 to succeed, with 2.5s
delay from insert to CR on the line with
gpsd -n -N -D 9 /dev/tty.PL2303-${serial_number}
I am also seeing a lot of pps_mutex_{lock,unlock} errors:
ERROR: PPS: pthread_mutex_lock() : Undefined error: 0
and of course OS X has no pps.
2 to 2.5s seems to be the sweet spot for higher odds of working.
Once it syncs I can (no surprise) run cgps and exit many times.
