To be fair, esr has been working on ntpshmon and gpsmon.  Plus various
other contibutors.

Good to know we are appreciated.  Part of our plan to conquer the world.

Garmin still needs it.  Doc updates prolly required, and a final 
once over.  So I'd leave it for now.
