Please do not use the word "consumers".   It's a loaded political term
that bins people as having one role.  If you mean "low-cost", just say that.

"commonly available"?
"retail market"?

At least in Asia, "low cost" and "value for money" are euphemisms for "what quality did you expect, anyway?
