First you need to be running something, prolly gpsd with PPS, that is
generating time stamps to SHMs.  

Second, dump the SHMs to a log, one minute data to start:

ntpshmmon > ntp.log &
sleep 60; killall ntpshmmon

Third, pull into ntpshmviz:

ntpshmviz < tnp.log

Note, you can not pipe the data, it must be in a file.
