You won't get much run time testing out of me with that short notice. If you
are lucky, I can compile and check on several environments. I think you got
lucky this time.

was a while ago and I don't know what has changed since then.

gcc -pthread -o gpsclient-py_2_7_10_final_0.so -c -fno-strict-aliasing
-Wmissing-declarations -O2 -pthread -fPIC -DNDEBUG -O2 -g -pipe -Wall
-Werror=format-security -Wp,-D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 -fexceptions
-fstack-protector-strong --param=ssp-buffer-size=4 -grecord-gcc-switches
-specs=/usr/lib/rpm/redhat/redhat-hardened-cc1 -m64 -mtune=generic
-D_GNU_SOURCE -fPIC -fwrapv -DHAVE_SYS_TIMEPPS_H=1 -I/usr/include/python2.7
gpsclient.c
gcc: error: /usr/lib/rpm/redhat/redhat-hardened-cc1: No such file or directory
scons: *** [gpsclient-py_2_7_10_final_0.so] Error 1
scons: building terminated because of errors.

It builds after I installed:
  redhat-rpm-config
I got there by going to a similar system where it worked and finding out that
the file was there and asking rpm what package it came from.

Builds for me on NetBSD and FreeBSD.
