Is it really necessary to have over 85,000 lines of test data in
ais-nmea-sample.log? On OSX, with the default 30ms WRITE_PAD, that one
test takes over 44 minutes to run. I shudder to think of what it would be
like to run this test on "netbsd5". :-)
