Yup, my mistake.

One of Eric's friend, Phil, organized LN2 ice cream all weekend.  They
made all sorts of wacky flavors on request.  I found the texture more to
my taste than store bought.

Phil bought a 5 foot tall flask of LN2, the leftovers got poured in the
hotel pool at the end.
