[gpsd-dev] ✘Leap seconds in JSON?

Yo All!

I just noticed that leap_notify is in the SHM interfacce, but not the gpsd
JSON interface.  And the current leap seconds is only in the RTCM and 50bps
JSON messages.

Am I missing something?  Should they be in the TPV or TOFF JSON?  
Or some other JSON?

Ideas?

Seems to me not having it in the JSON means the regressions are not seeing
those?
