I can't really understand what you mean.

This test was at 115200. The samples look fine (in regard to the
message data). ntpshmmon is printing results every 500ms by default,
so it printed one at 598.1 (when only the 597 message was available),
and then once again at 598.6 (when 598 was already available, since
598.129).
