IERS has announced that there will be a leap second at the end of December
(though it took them three tries to get the dates right in the
announcement :-)).
I don't yet see it in the NAV data, at least not in the Geneq binary data
derived therefrom (even after waiting long enough for the full superframe
to be seen).
