Yo All!

After some patching I think the numbers on the SkyTraq base/rover mode
are looking better.  More work to do, but see attached, 8 hours of GPS
data.  CEP(50) of 0.285 meters, CEP(90) of 3.630 meters and CEP(99) of
3.484.

That is why I always want the CEP(99).  I would not want to bet anything
important on just those 50% odds.
