Yo All!

I'm still working on the centi-meter accuracy thing.  Base/rover mode,
not free range mode.  See attached for a scatter plot. CEP(50) of
0.007m, CEP(95) of 0.027m!

I had to replace the function to calculate the earth distance between
two points with a better function: Vincenty's Formula.  Supposed to
be accuarate to 1mm.

Of course the numbers are now so small that gnuplot gets confused, so more
work to do.
