I'll be around more, now that my day job lightened up a bit.

This has been taking up a lot of my time over the last 6 months

It's been difficult to get any changes into GPSD lately.  Except for one
RTFM post, Gary has been MIA since mid-October.  Jon resurfaced long
enough to commit Beat's fix for the format-string bug, but otherwise has
been MIA for a long time.  I think Bernd has commit access, but only uses
it for Debian-related issues.  And of course, Eric has been otherwise
occupied for a long time.

Meanwhile, I've had five pending patches since October (and a sixth that I
haven't bothered emailing since it's been pointless), Rob has one from
October (just a typo fix), and Sanjeev has sent three patches twice this
month (with a bug I just fixed).

There are still a few things I want to fix before the next release, and it
would be highly desirable to get a release out before the end of the year,
due to the upcoming leap second (not to mention how long it's been).

We either need someone with commit access to be around more, or someone
who's around more to have commit access.
