RTFM. Look in the gpsd source at www/gpsd_json.html. Or, "Use The
Source, Luke" and study gpsd_json.c and lingps_json.c

Sure. THey are just JSON.

Right. gpsd generates the TPV. Look in libgps for the client that
takes the input. BTW, gpsd can pass along the JSON to a client, it
just does not bother to parse it.

Yup. But after gpsd parses it, the output is again simple JSON.
