Depends on how easy it is to read i2c data, and how well formed that data
is.  For a basis PC, maybe you need a USB/i2c adapter?  Maybe a RasPi
could read i2c on the GPIO lines?

You and a lot of other people.  There are a lot of cheap GPS+IMU
using USB and i2c made for drones.

Dunno.  The devel is in the details.
