Thanks for the confirmation. Looks like it was an uninitialized mode.
You should find cgps output much more stable now. Much less jumpiness.

Odd. Let us know how it goes. If you post the error maybe someone
will know the issue.
I just added support for the obsolete $PSRFEPE, just for fun. Well,
it smoked out a several more problems in the error modeling. So more
patches coming.
