Yo All!

Seems like:

    The flood of warnings to fix is passed.  

    The osX dylib issues are dealt with.

    The new domain name (gpsd.io) is documented.

    The doc for ubxtool is updated.

Some items are tabled until after release:

    Further improvements on the feature macros (_XOPEN_SOURCE,
    _POSIX_C_SOURCE, etc.).

    Dealing with GPS that lie about the current date (1969, 1999,
    2099, etc.).

    Removing all the duplication of the version number.

Last chance (maybe) before release for testing.

Any thing else that needs to be dealt with before release?
