Yo All!

I've been AFK much of the weekend, just trying to catch up on things.

Any of you that know I owe you replies, please resend if you want to get
to the top of my list.

Any reason not to require <termios.h> to build gpsd?  It would
remove a lot of #ifdef.

termios.h is required by POSIX, and present in Linux, osX and the
*BSDs.  termios.h defines speed_t which is used by all the code that
handles port speed.
