No architecture takes over 10 mins to build all of gpsd.

Not sure why it matters, it is a one time thing.

Can't expeect most packagers to understand SConstruct.  So likely needs
an option...

SConstruct is just python, anything is possible,

Right now it is broken because somehow "scons" and "scons build" which
should do the same thing, don't.  I'm workong no a fix.  A lot of cruft
in there.
