GTK is NOT required to build xgps.  The current scons only installs
xgps if GTK is installed.  It is not required to build or install xgps.
By popular demand, the requirement for GTK to be installed befire
installing xgps is going to go away soon.

GTK is only needed to run xgps.

Most consider AsciiDoc the past, and AsciiDoctor the future. gpsd should
move to AsciiDoctor, it just needs a champion.

Why would emulated hardware not be reproduceable?  What randomness would
it add?
