✘Tachometer ??

Yo Eric!

Digging around in the source, I found these files:

    Tachometer.c
    Tachometer.h
    TachometerP.h

The are based on Xt and Xaw.

Never used for anything, not built by scons.  Dated from 1989!

I got it to build, then realized it has no main(), nothing uses it,
and I can't even see how it relates to gpsd.

The last note in the file is from 2004:

 * Cleaned up and simplified by Eric S. Raymond, December 2004.

Does this code have any use anymore?

Should I just remove it?
