The Tachometer widget came from me. It's definitely orphaned at this point.

They were added in f632377e259aa6656057e238e73051121e2d2478 for
xgpsspeed.c . Replaced by Bernd in
739b83a7db9bc6c0e0d8f5a313995c8a5ae445eb and his new Python
implementation is Gtk-based so doesn't need the Athena widget.
