Yo John!
Patch for gpsrinex pushed to git head. I can read your m8p ubx file
and create a RINEX 3 that NRCan accepts.
Please test.
I wonder if I broke OPUS? I can't test OPUS as I am not near any
CORS stations. And OPUS requires L2 data.
I'm starting to wish I had written gpsrinex in python instead of C.
If this works, I assume there will be requests for gpsrinex options
to fill in some of the now blank header fields.
