Thanks, Gary!  I will apply the patch and do some testing with OPUS as
well as NRCan.

In my spare (ha!) time, I am tempted to take the RINEX 2.11 generator I
built for the Ashtech and generalize it.  Right now it's too tightly
bound to the main program, but it won't be much work to make it standalone.

It almost certainly doesn't meet anyone's coding standards, and is
probably fairly bare-bones for the RINEX implementation, but the nice
thing is that I have all the argparse options included for the header
fields, and a function to build the header.

If I get anywhere with it, I'd be happy to share.
